Tracking Information:

Once your order is shipped , you will receive e-mail notification of said shipping date and/or a package tracking number.

If your package is shipped via FedEx, you will receive a shipment notification from FedEx detailing a tracking web address and your tracking number.

If your package is shipped via the U.S. Postal service, the Postal Service will send you an e-mail notification detailing shipment date and a delivery confirmation number. Unfortunately, the U.S. Postal service does not enable us to track your package and detail exact location of said package.

To determine how long your ground package will take to arrive, please find your geographical location and consult the color-coded chart below. Please note: this is an estimated time of arrival only. Ground shipping time is not guaranteed.

Most ground orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Larger ground packages (those weighing 3 pounds or more) will ship via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. FedEx Ground business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). FedEx Home Delivery business days are Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays). SESTO-SENSO reserves the right to ship all ground packages weighing one pound or less via the U.S. Postal Service. Orders to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, FPO, P.O. Boxes and Canadian addresses are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping times will differ to each of these locations.

Shipping Turnaround Time

* Standard Shipping orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are shipped the following business day.

* FedEx Express Saver, 2 Day and Overnight shipping orders placed before 12:00PM Eastern Time, Monday thru Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00PM Eastern Time, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are shipped the following business day.

Your orders will ship via FedEx Express Ground (military APO/FPO orders ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail) and be subject to their respective on-time delivery guarantees. SESTO SENSO reserves the right to choose the most suitable carrier available.

Ship To Address

Your SESTO SENSO order will ship to the address you specify when you check out. You'll have the opportunity to specify a different 'ship to' address during Checkout.

Whenever possible, please specify a 'ship-to' address where someone will be present to receive the package. If you live in an apartment complex or have a P.O. box, consider sending the package to where you work instead. If you have special instructions (ie. "Leave on back-porch" ), please let us know in the "Ordering Instructions" box found in the Shopping Cart.

While we make every effort to verify the validity of an address, we rely on on your accuracy when sending a order to the address you specify. Please be accurate with your shipping information (ie. Street Address and Zip Code) to avoid delays and extra shipping charges.

The Small Stuff:

"Day" is one business day ~ Weekends and Holidays excluded. Orders to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, FPO, P.O. Boxes and Canadian addresses are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping times will differ to each of these locations.

**Shipping Upgrades Available: FedEx Express saver, 2 Day, FedEx Overnight. FedEx Express does not deliver on Saturday. If you need Express Saturday Delivery, please contact us at 301-668-5018.

**Orders outside the U.S. : shipping will be calculated according to destination. Once your order is placed, you will be sent via e-mail shipping rate and time options. Please note, we cannot ship international gift orders. International orders must be shipped to the person placing the order. Please see About Us for more International Ordering Information**
